SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I'm writing in response to your request for feedback on the cookery course.
My name is John Peterson, and I'm a former student of your college. I gained valuable knowledge and skills during the course, which covered various cuisines like Indian, Chinese, and more. The friendly and kind nature of the staff contributed to an enjoyable learning experience.
Since completing the course, I've expanded my cooking repertoire, starting with Indian cuisine and branching out to Chinese, Italian, and Arabic dishes. I've enjoyed experimenting with different recipes.
I'm considering enrolling in another cooking-related course and would appreciate your suggestions. Additionally, I'd like information on course prospects, including fees and accommodation options.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
John Peterson
