Brahmastra is the latest movie starring Ranbir Kapoor. The first part of the film, which is being prepared in three parts on a cosmic budget, will be released this year. The film stars Alia Bhatt in the lead role and also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna in the lead roles. Its teaser had garnered huge audience attention. Now the trailer of this movie has come out today. The visuals in this trailer are literally amazing. The scenes in this trailer are of VFX standard, reminiscent of Hollywood fantasy movies. At the same time, the trailer suggests that the film will discuss a theme that will amaze the audience.

Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, the film also stars Mauni Roy in a pivotal role.  According to reports, Bollywood's King Khan Shah Rukh Khan will be making a guest appearance in the film.  Brahmastra: Part One: The first part of the series is titled Shiva.  

Inspired by the concepts and stories of Indian mythology, the film tells the story in the context of modern times.  The film is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, Fox Star Studios, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures.  The first installment will be released globally on September 9th.  SS Rajamouli, the director of Telugu Films, has acquired the rights to distribute the film in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
